Who We Support
We consider requests from organizations that are:
- A registered Canadian Charity with a valid CRA registration number.
- A recognized Alberta Non-Profit Organization.
- Hosting a silent auction or raffle fundraiser.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, we focus our donations on organizations operating within Alberta and Western Canada, though all requests are considered.
How to Request a Donation
To submit a request for a donation (such as a custom welcome sign or gift item), please send an email with the following details:
- Organization Name: Full legal name of the charity/non-profit.
- CRA Registration Number: Please include your Canadian Registered Charity number, if you applicable.
- Event Details: Name of the event, date of the event, and the item’s purpose (e.g., silent auction, raffle).
- What You Need: Briefly describe the specific type of item you are requesting (e.g., a custom 15″ welcome sign, or a set of personalized ornaments).
- Event Reach: Approximate number of people expected to attend or view the auction.
- Charitable receipt: Please advise if a charitable tax receipt is available for the donation to your organization.

Important Notes
- Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to your event date.
- We will review all eligible requests and respond to you with our decision within 5 business days.
- Donations are subject to product availability and our current production schedule.
